Here is a list of new features:

• Events and tasks now have additional parameter - recurrence. Different types and periods are available, for more information just open task editor
• iCal export now supports recurred events and tasks, at least Google Calendar and Apple iCal handle recurred events and tasks correctly
• Using “Quick task…”  tool you can pass parameters like priority, due date and other. For more information, please check syntax on this page

Now you can export your events and tasks as iCal calendar. As any other function, you can export any part of your notes by selecting element in tree. Two variants are available:

• Events only
• Events and tasks, incomplete tasks with due date are shown as all-day events

Following services are tested and supported:

• Apple iCal
• Google Calendar
• 30boxes

Agenda window has been updated, now you can:

• Control how many days agenda should be generated for
• Filter tasks and events list by tags
• See relative path of every agenda item. You can open any path item by simply clicking on it

The latest version is just uploaded on server. Brief changelog:

• From now, you can create elements of new type - file type. Maximum file size is 5 MB. You can also convert images to files and vice versa
• Mobile version is fully working as expected. You can find mobile version at http://beorganized.org/m/
• Some minor improvements in stability and UI

The newest version is uploaded on server with significant features! Some of them:

• Sessions. Now you can save session during log in in and quickly join the existing session by clicking on it’s name. Session is stored in cookie. No passwords are storing, only session tokens.
• Load subnotes. Now you can view your current note in two ways: as standalone note or note with all sub elements loaded on one screen.
• Printing support. Click on “Print” button to print your current note. Printing of subnotes is supported too
• XML import/export. Now you can download an archive containing any note and all it’s subnotes and later restore your notes from backup. Please remember, that import replaces current element and all it’s children
• Agenda. You can browse and manage your tasks and events in very convenient and simple way by clicking on “Agenda” button. The agenda list contains all incomplete overdue tasks, all incomplete tasks with no due date and all incomplete tasks and events for nearest 3 days. From this screen you can also complete any task.
• Cleanup. This menu has two items, for archiving complete tasks and for archiving past events respectively. Applies to all elements in selected subtree.
• Convert to. From this menu you can change the format of any existing element. For example you can convert task to event, bookmark, text note.
• Quick task. Using this, you can quickly add new tasks as children of currently selected element by simply typing task name and pressing Enter.

Also, I started work on special “lite” version for cellphone browsers. You can check current status at http://beorganized.org/m, but the work hasn’t finished yet.
